Pukara's rise in popularity has not been without controversy. In 2023, it was revealed that Pukara had earlier contact with a man named Eric Hartman, who later became involved with her. Hartman was eventually arrested for sending explicit images of Pukara to her mother. Following the incident, it was discovered that Hartman had been in contact with multiple underaged girls and was convicted of possession of child pornography. He received a sentence of 19.5 years in prison.
Despite the controversies, Pukara remains an active figure in the e-girl community and continues to grow her fanbase.
